Our store in Madisonville, Tennessee, is open Monday through Saturday, and we’d love for you to stop by.

You’ll find all of the country ham and bacon we offer online, along with quite a few things that are only available here at the shop.

We make a small batch of fresh country sausage each week and often have cured jowl, similar to Italian guanciale, both hickory-smoked and unsmoked. You might even find some aged cheddar that’s spent some time in our smokehouse.

Hand-cut steaks and sliced deli items like smoked bologna and cheese are available at the counter, as well as a selection of other meats on hand for your refrigerator or freezer.

Sharon Benton’s favorite flour for her biscuits is Our Best from Boonville Milling Company, and we have it in stock right next to stone-ground cornmeal and grits from Linney’s Water Mill in North Carolina.

We’re also proud to offer a selection of milk, cheese, farm-fresh eggs, preserves, and other products made right here in Tennessee by our friends at Cruze Farm, Sweetwater Valley Farm, Seven Deers Farm, Das Jam Haus, Holy Smoke BBQ, and others.

You can also grab a Benton’s shirt, cap, sticker, or a coffee mug handmade locally by McQueen Pottery to remember your visit.

What’s available changes from time to time, so there’s usually something unique here you might not have noticed before.
